Carmel-by-the-Sea, California
An association of the people who own the buildings in our town.
We are commercial property owners in and around Carmel. We meet, we keep each other informed, and we speak together when the rules change. Membership is $400 a year.

Membership
Four things, and that's the whole of it.
The quarterly newsletter
Four issues a year. What changed at City Hall, what's leasing, what's coming. Written for owners, not for a mailing list.
Gatherings you'll actually attend
A breakfast and a lunch each quarter, a barbecue in summer, and a mixer in December. Same faces, over and over, until you know them.
A voice on local rules
When building regulations and permitting come up for review, owners are in the room together rather than one at a time.
The network
Members, and the title people, brokers, lenders and contractors who work on our buildings. A phone number for most problems.
